Mr.

This realtor seems like a nice guy in person, but he will rarely follow up on your questions and is totally unreliable. It is almost impossible to reach him or get a response from voice mails or emails. He will take you out to see homes a few times and then not follow-up with you if you didn't see anything you liked right away. What really gets me is he calls himself "Your advocate in real estate" or something like that. Don't waste your time with this agent.
