Terrible

Terrible agent and worse apartments and maintenance. I was left for 5 days without heat or hot water in December and was never reimbursed. If you like roach and mice infested places, then definitely go with Karin and the unprofessional team at Norman Ostrow. They are old enough to retire but for some reason keep scamming people.
