I bought a house at 18 Lindenbergh Lane in Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 and George Hicinbothem along with his realtor Aaron Collins of REMAX in Warren, NJ used my offer to solicit higher offers while my offer sat in attorney review. Their attorney was in Alaska and "not available to receive and respond to emails" I have talked with other people that have also been screwed by this tandem. Buyer and homeowner beware. At the end of the day, I only received EMPTY PROMISES!!!
